OakHaven Academy is a nurturing and inclusive elementary school, designed for students who face learning challenges. Whether or not they have formal diagnoses such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, or other exceptionalities, we believe every child deserves an educational experience where they feel seen, supported, and inspired to grow at their own pace.
Our small class sizes and high teacher-to-student ratios, allow for a personalized approach to learning. Students are grouped according to their individual skill levels in core subjects like math and literacy, while also coming together for age-appropriate experiences in social-emotional learning, science, social studies, art, and physical education. We believe learning extends beyond the classroom. Outings to the library and local pool, along with monthly community-based group activities, enrich our program and help foster real-world skills, confidence, and connection. At OakHaven, we don’t just teach—we cultivate curiosity, resilience, and a love of learning in every child.
